CPS311 F2014 Midterm Test I Information

The UML2 material will be covered on this test, primarily from class lectures and accompanying notes. As mentioned in class, sections of the text related to diagram numbers can also be relevant.

Mainly multiple choice, but also some written UML diagramming, potentially worth marks at a similar level to Midterm Test 1.

YOU MAY NOT HAVE ANY ELECTRONICS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WATCHES and PHONES, AT YOUR DESK. Time will be posted regularly at the front of the room.

Do NOT identify (mark/circle) multiple choice answers on your test paper - only on the mark sense sheet. There is a penalty if you identify a multiple choice answer on the test paper (so please don't).

Tuesday Nov 11, 2014 5:10-6:00 PM (regular class time, but NOT regular class location - exactly as for Midterm Test 1). Enter the room at about 5:05 when let in. Find your scantron. You must be seated, silent, and ready to write by 5:10 with only your student card (face up and visible throughout the test), soft pencil(s) for the mark sense sheet, and a blue/black pen on your desk. As Continuing Education classes follow in the test rooms, if you are late you can get NO extra time unfortunately.

If you arrive late, so that the test can be started in order, you will not be allowed to enter until 5 minutes after the test has started and you are given permission to enter by the invigilators. As just noted, there is not time for you to make up lost time, so please arrive by at least 5:05.

Rooms are the same as for Midterm Test 1 - the list below has NOT be altered in any way. Be prepared to enter the room when let in at 5:05 PM . PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO OTHER STUDENTS AT ALL on your way into the test room or in the test room itself, and QUIETLY and QUICKLY PICK A SEAT.

Please be seated and ready to write by 5:05. See the Campus Map if you do not know where the buildings (VIC, EPH) are located.

At the end of the test remain seated and quiet until you are dismissed. This will occur a few minutes AFTER the last paper has been picked up, so do not get up or talk until dismissed.
